The Ijolli Project takes place in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia in alliance with Tradewinds (USA), Vientos Alisios (Colombia), Fundación TierrAmar and ICSAW International Center for Spiritual and Ancestral Wisdom.
We send out a call to our supporters to complete the Save the Green Heart initiative.
Our mission is to protect 525 acres of pristine forested land. Green Heart, or Corazón Verde, is keystone species jaguar habitat and shelters the source of the headwaters and tributaries of the river basin. The Green Heart land connects upper Janindu with the neighboring Kogi ancestral territory above and adjacent to the Reserve.
With your support we will protect the precious water source of the Janindu Natural Reserve.
